Over 35 years experience in the residential construction industry. I have been on both sides of the counter as a sales and as a customer so I understand stand both perspectives and have lots of experience with the pains. Married with 5 kids, 3 adopted, 1 step and 1 daughter that is almost 2 and will change the world. I am strongly supported by my amazing wife that is in the Mortgage industry. I am originally from Texas where I was born and raised. Moved to Missouri in Nov 2007 with Home Depot. I have 20+ years of management experience from ownership in a remodeling company, Managing several different departments for the Home Improvement Big Box Stores, and over 10 years as a Branch Manager with Arrowhead Building Supply. My passion is developing people through leadership and growth. I strongly believe in God and know He has been the #1 contributor to my success and leadership ability. I also focus hard on Relationship Building with in the Community, Industry, and everyday networking.
