I am an Indiana boy who spent 5 years in the Army where I fell in love with fitness and the science behind what keeps our gears greased. I started my degree in health science in 2015 where in parallel I completed the ISSA Certified Personal Trainer course along with a few other topics: coaching, bodybuilding, strength & conditioning, and nutrition. I attended the Army Master Fitness course in 2017 where I was then assigned to be my brigades Primary Physical Readiness Training coordinator. I have been training since 2017 and have loved every moment of it! I have a 5 year old daughter who is my reason for it all! Welcome to Philberts Fitness, We Are Sexy!!!
